Hi Y'all! I am share some yummy, healthy recipes with you this week that will be very heart healthy. Funny thing is, I just wing my meals. I throw things together until it just looks good. Today I am going to do a bit of shopping at the plain old grocery store. I think I'll choose Garden Fresh. I literally get high when I shop there. I sing my way through the store, talking to anyone who stands still for a few seconds. I don't know what it is, I love that place. I'll tell you in a later blog about the most interesting conversation I've ever had in a Garden Fresh that changed the way I eat. But let's get my ADD personality back on track now.... Super Foods!
