Guac Baby! Get you some REAL avacados. Cut them open, add REAL tomaatoes, REAL onions, salt, pepper, hot sauce of choice to tast if you wish.
Serve with veggies... brocoli, carrots, celery, or healthy rice chips. Whole grain pita or crackers go well with it!
